I just put Addie down for the night, and was thinking about all the new things that are going on in our lives right now. Corey is DONE with school for this semester. He finished his last final this morning at about eight o'clock. Without the stress of school it feels like we can both breathe a little easier. He is hoping for straight A's, we will see?!?
As for me, I have decided to teach 2nd grade in Myton next year! That's right, I have lost my mind. I'm going to teach for one last year before I settle down. I haven't told very many people, but the people I did tell said, "What? What are you going to do with your baby?" Well, let's just say that Corey has decided to be SUPER DAD, not only is he going to work night shifts as a nurse, he is going to watch Addie during the day, and somehow fit in three college classes. He seems to think that he is up for the challenge. I also have some really good friends, and neighbors who have offered to take Addie on the days that Corey needs to sleep. Teaching is hard work, but it's a noble cause, so I'm going to give it all I've got.
Addie has minor changes in her life, like the consistancy of her poo, her whinny voice, and her likes and dislikes of food. I fed her applesauce for the first time tonight, and she winced, and spit it out five times. It was hilarious! Today, I wish I could be a baby and have someone take that much care of me. I need to go brush my teeth, take out my contacts, and wash my face, but I'm too tired.
I think it will be great for Uu to teach. Sounds like a challenge for Corey. Addie is a good babyLove JuneBug alias

You were to tired but I bet you still did it! Wow that is so awesome that Corey is up for the challenge and good for you for going back to work. I am registered for this fall but not for classes if that makes sense. I am still waiting on the decision of financial aid. So you guys need to take it easy this summer and rest up for a long school year. Hope that Corey does well in his classes...he will, he is so smart. Skylar told me he thought that Corey was very smart. Love you. Million kisses to Addie.!.

I think it will be good to have two years of teaching under your belt before you take a break from it for awhile. Who knows, maybe you'll love it so much you'll decide to be a "working mom" for many years to come. Or maybe you'll realize how hard it is to work and have a kid..and NEVER see your husband. Been there, done that, don't recommend it. (the never seeing your husband part that is..) :) Love you and best of luck! What an adventure!
