Halloweeny Days!

Thanks to Addie's cousin, she had two costumes this year.
This is her witch costume that she wore for her neighborhood party.
Cutest witch ever!

 Aunt Eileen and baby Cameron
Addie and Makayla going through their candy,
and they wouldn't let us get a decent picture of them!

On Halloween night Angela and Mike were sweet enough to invite us over.
It was a load of fun! We had dinner and took Addie trick-or-treating. This is a picture of the
pumpkin bread bowl we had for dinner. So adorable!

Mike (Shrek), and Angela (Fiona), LOVE their outfits. :)

Fall/Birthday Fun!

It seems like Corey and I have had a super BUSY month with hunting trips, my birthday, my family coming to visit, and all the graduate school applications that are stressing us out. I just wanted to share a few pictures with you all from this month. These didn't download in order of sequence, but oh well!
Corey ordered me a YUMMY cake!
I LOVE this picture of Corey riding the tandem with Naomi (my sister).
This is Addie saying, "Yummy!", she was so excited that it was my birthday.
She still wakes up on random days and says "Happy Birthday, MOM!"
I have few pictures of me pregnant, but this is me at 32 weeks pregnant.

She's trying to be just like Mommy, she put a baby in her belly. :)
Corey's parents gave him a new muzzle-loader when he
graduated a few years ago.
This was the first time he had shot it.
(I just really like Casey's hair in this picture).
We had fun camping/hunting, even if nobody shot anything.

Bubbles!

Eileen (my sister) made these cupcakes for my birthday party. As you can see Addie LOVED them!

I also posted pictures on the Koyle Blog from when my family came to visit:

Yada, Yada

I haven't done a very good job of actually WRITING on my blog. So, I'm going to give it a shot tonight, and of course include some pictures. Things are going well for all of us, we are feeling very blessed to have our jobs (three, to be exact). Most days I see Corey for a total of two hours, since he works at least four night shifts each week. And, then on his days off I am usually working in the office at our apartments. But, whenever we do have a day off together we make sure to make the best of it! Some of these include: camping, fishing, visiting family, and this week we took a trip to The Kennecott Copper Mine (see pictures below).

Well, ever since I first met Corey he has been talking about his goal of becoming a Nurse Anesthetist. It has been a LONG road, jumping through many hoops just to get into nursing school, and working in the ICU has been a challenge. Not to mention the deadly GRE! We still have a LONG road ahead, but we have finally narrowed down which schools to apply to. Notice how I keep saying "we", since I married Corey his goal has now become OUR goal. :) I'm actually getting kind of restless in Salt Lake, and I'm looking forward to going somewhere totally foreign. Out of 108 nurse anesthesia schools, we have chosen seven that we will be applying to. I should probably mention that his chances of getting in are about 1 out of 150+ applicants. So, if any of you out there have some ties with God, we could use your help! The schools are:

1. Mayo Clinic: Rochester, Minnesota
2. Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia: Greensboro, North Carolina
3. Medical University of South Carolina: Charleston, South Carolina
4. Kaiser Permanente: Fullerton, California (everyone has already warned us about the HUGE cost of living)
5. University of Pittsburg: Pittsburg, Pennsylvania
6. CAMC Institute: Charleston, West Virginia
7. Wolford College: Naples, Florida

I typed this up mostly for our parents! They keep asking where we might end up, so now it is in writing for them. :)

I am officially thirty weeks pregnant! So, only 10+ weeks to go. I was pregnant with Addie for about 42 weeks, so we will see when this little guy decides to come?!? I have been having regular contractions this past week; my CNM (certified nurse midwife) is wanting me to take it easy. But, I just kind of laughed and let her know that I would be lucky if he comes on his own. I thank God everyday that Corey and I bought a new bed (Sleep Number) in July; I have had NO back pain since we bought it. I am totally sold, and I'm in love with my bed!

Adelynn is getting so big (tall), and she's the same stubborn girl she was from day one! We are in the process of potty training, and it is such a PROCESS! It seems like every day I have to come up with a new incentive to get her to go. Other than that she can't wait for her baby brother to get here (I'm sure that will change once he is here). So, I am one of those people who could just talk and talk, or write and write, but I'll spare you my endless thoughts and get to the pictures.

Addie is comparing herself to the BIG tires at the mine!

Mom and Addie at the mine.

We tried to go fishing, we haven't caught anything this whole summer. But, Addie kept telling people that we caught worms. :)

Addie shared her bows with Dad.

Corey finally got his beloved treadmill (a story for another time), but thanks to everyone who helped us get it in our apartment!

Addie fell asleep on my belly tonight, and this is me at 30 weeks prego!

WEDDING DAY!

Casey Rae Anderson(Corey's bro) married Samantha Jane Harder on Saturday, August 28th. It was a very small wedding, we had a total of 20 people there. But, it turned out beautifully! We were in the mountains near Vernal for the wedding, and it decided to rain. We thought it would just be a little rain, but as soon as the guy started marrying them it down poured and nobody could hear what was being said. As soon as the quick ceremony was over, the rain just stopped. But, out came a beautiful, double rainbow. It was really cool! I didn't get very many pictures, but I thought I would share a few of the pictures that I did get.

The adorable cake, made by Melissa Long (Casey's cousin), she did a great job!

See the rain coming down!

Going in for the kiss.

The sun came out and everything looked so beautiful.

*ABBA* Normally I am not an ABBA fan, in fact I was just making fun of my eight year old sister a few weeks ago because she was jamming to the "Mamma Mia" soundtrack. Regardless, I went with my dear friend, Tammy, to a concert performed by an ABBA cover band. We had a lot of fun, and I was shocked at the amount of people there, including guys, who were dancing and singing along. I would have to say that the greatest part was watching all the people and seeing how much fun Addie was having dancing. All in all, it was really fun!

Adelynn dancing with a complete stranger, she danced with this lady for almost an hour!

She LOVED the music, she was clapping her hands and sticking her tongue out.
