Hanging Rock State Park

Corey had some time off at the beginning of August and we headed north to Hanging Rock State Park for a day. We hiked to two waterfalls and then spent the afternoon at a small lake in the park. We went row-boating and then the kids and I swam in the lake all afternoon. Such a fun place for the kids!
 Here's a few pictures!

Jack has a thing with hugging trees.

Can you find the lizard?

This is Hanging Rock, but since it was SO hot we decided to swim instead of go on a long hike. :)

He was like a professional row-boater...

I couldn't even get the boat to move. :)

After our long day in the outdoors we drove to Pilot Mountain to stay the night.
